The SKF Speedi-Sleeve 99400 is a thin-walled stainless steel sleeve that slides over a worn shaft to give a smooth, wear-resistant counterface for a radial shaft seal, without dismantling the shaft or machining it. For a 4.000 in shaft (range 3.998 - 4.006 in (101.55 - 101.75 mm)); 0.775 in overall width, 0.65 in seal seat width, removable flange 4.375 in outside diameter. Wall thickness 0.28 mm (0.011 in) with a wear-resistant contact surface finished to Ra 0.25 - 0.5 um and lubricant pockets to prevent dry running of the seal lip; weight 0.3569 lb. as published by the manufacturer / distributor listed in Remarks / Link
