- Contact the vendor directly through your order details, or reach our team if you need help locating that contact.
- Most shops accept returns of unused, unopened items within a reasonable window of delivery - check the specific listing or ask before ordering if this matters for your purchase.
- Custom or made-to-order items quoted through the RFQ process are typically not returnable unless defective.
