The Amerex 20 lb high-flow Purple K (part 20905) is a 20 lb stored-pressure BC dry chemical extinguisher using Purple K (potassium bicarbonate) agent, UL rated 60B:C. Purple K is fast on Class B flammable liquids and pressurised gases and is electrically non-conductive, which suits oil, gas, chemical and utility sites. It discharges for about 20 s at 15-25 ft (4.6-7.6 m) and works from -65 to +120 °F. Design: high-flow.
