Product Description
The Mueller Super Centurion fire hydrant is available with a 350 psig (24.1 bar) maximum working pressure and 700 psig (48 bar) static test pressure (model numbers ending HP), as well as 250 psig. It is a post-type dry-barrel hydrant that meets AWWA C502, is UL listed and FM approved (CE marking to EN 14384 is available) and is certified to ANSI/NSF 61/372. Configurations include 2-way, 3-way and 4-way hydrants with 4.5 in or 5.25 in main valves, pumper and hose nozzles, and a 6 in / DN150 inlet (flanged to ANSI B16.1 Class 125, optional PN10 / PN16 drilling, or mechanical joint). Features: a dry-top self-oiling bonnet, a traffic feature with stainless steel safety stem coupling, an encapsulated reversible compression main valve, field-replaceable nozzles with large-radius full-flow openings, dual bronze drains that force-flush each time the hydrant is operated, and a 10-year limited warranty.
